Food Quality

• Monitors food quality and consistency and ensures that the food presented to our guest is of the highest quality standards.

• Supervises and monitors kitchen operations, works with yield testing, product identification and that the proper rotation and labelling is followed accordingly to written guidelines for food product specifications.

• Daily spot checks, monitors all food items being ordered by the kitchen and ensures all items are utilised completely to avoid wastage.

• Works closely with receiving and storeroom; to ensure that goods received are of the standard quality and meets hotel’s specifications.

• Constantly assesses freshness, presentation and temperature of food served.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, assess and report tyre conditions for prime movers, trailers and related fleet assets.

• Perform tyre-related works including dismounting, mounting, patching, repair and rotation.

• Operate hand tools, power tools and tyre service equipment safely and correctly.

• Conduct routine tyre checks including pressure, tread depth, wear patterns and damage.

• Assist in tyre deliveries, unloading, storage and handling.

• Support tyre inventory control, stock taking and record keeping.

• Coordinate with internal business unit for fleet tyre change activities.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the workshop area.

• Comply with all workplace safety, PPE, and operational procedures.

• Support ad-hoc workshop duties as required by the maintenance team.

About you

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in tyre servicing, preferably in heavy vehicles, trucks, prime movers, or trailers.

• Knowledge of different tyre types and their respective applications (prime mover, trailer, steer, drive, trailer positions).

• Ability to inspect, diagnose, dismount, mount, repair, patch and rotate tyres.

• Familiar with tyre safety standards and best practices.

• Able to operate workshop tools and equipment safely.

• Basic understanding of inventory control and documentation.

• Strong safety awareness and responsibility.

• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

• Experience working with fleet operations, logistics, or transport companies.

• Requirement: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3A/3/4/4A/5 driving license with at least one year of driving experience
