Job Responsibilities
Direct and oversee all on-site activities daily, ensuring that work aligns with the construction program and technical specifications.
Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets design drawings and building codes.
Manage the delivery of materials and the deployment of plant/machinery to optimize efficiency and prevent site congestion
Coordinate various trades on-site, evaluate their performance, and resolve any technical or interpersonal conflicts.
Communicate effectively with the client’s representatives, architects, and local government inspectors to ensure smooth project flow.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Valid professional certifications, or local equivalents.
Mandatory safety certifications.
Willingness to travel across island.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in construction site management.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and high-value subcontracts.
