About the Role
Yew Tree Academy Student Care @ Yew Tee is seeking a responsible and organised individual to support the centre's daily administrative and operational functions. The role involves working closely with parents, teachers, and management to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage student enrolment, withdrawal, attendance, and record keeping
• Handle parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
• Prepare invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding fees
• Maintain student and administrative records accurately
• Coordinate schedules, events, programmes, and centre communications
• Support procurement and inventory tracking of centre supplies
• Provide general administrative support to the management team
Working Hours & Benefits
• Salary: $1,800 – $2,300, depending on qualifications and experience
• Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm
• Daily lunch and tea provided

Requirements
• Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in education, student care, childcare, or enrichment centres will be an advantage
