1. Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.

11. Suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure.
12. Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience, conduct disciplinary action, and recommend dismissal as required.
13. Ensure functional activities integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, regulatory compliance, and customer needs.
14. To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities, and equipment.
15. In full compliance to all EHS, Quality, legal and security requirements of the company.
16. Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.

This role supports marketing, branding, and performance initiatives across YSG’s e-commerce channels, including the YSG platform and Shopee / Lazada stores. The role works closely with internal and external teams to deliver effective communications, campaigns, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing, Communications & Branding

  • Support marketing communications across YSG digital channels, including EDMs, campaign messaging, and content coordination

  • Work with creative teams on visual assets, copy, and campaign materials

  • Support branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all digital touchpoints

  • Manage and maintain YSG social media channels (Facebook, Instagram), including content planning, posting, and basic community management

  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners on campaign content and announcements

• Performance Marketing

  • Support performance initiatives across Shopee and Lazada stores, including keyword search ads, CPAS, affiliate programmes, and other marketplace ad placements

  • Support paid media execution across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other offsite channels

  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and traffic

  • Track, analyse, and consolidate performance data across channels, providing insights and reports to guide optimisation and decision-making

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or performance marketing

• Hands-on experience with Shopee and Lazada advertising tools (CPAS, affiliates, keyword optimisation)

• Experience managing Google Ads / Meta Ads and marketplace performance campaigns

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Able to balance branding, communications, and performance objectives

Roles & Responsibilities

a. To support day-to-day operations in warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.

b. To prepare all shipping document for import and export shipment.

c. To perform the role of contact point with internal and external stakeholder on shipment arrangement.

d. To assist on customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.

e. To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.

f. To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately. (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents and inventory records etc).

g. To plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with company policy & procedures.

h. To prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters for management review.

i. To ensure storage and office areas are well-maintained.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Participate in tactical strategies to hunt for potential brands to appoint YSG as their eCom Enablers
2. Execute full spectrum of sales tactics to meet business goals.
3. Collaborate with the wider team to effectively hunt in allocated segments.
4. Perform the role of YSG’s Brand Ambassador in managing post-sales account relationship.
5. Selling the organisation’s full suite of eCom Channel Management to B2C Warehouse Fulfilment services.
6. Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying leads, initial contact, qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing and post-sales management and implementation.
7. Manage the relationships with marketplace platforms to encourage referrals.
8. Meet and exceed monthly account acquisition targets.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review of legal and commercial contracts and documentation and liaise with stakeholders for contract negotiations.
• Prepare agreements templates (both English and Mandarin).
• Provide corporate secretarial support, including preparing directors’ and shareholders’ minutes and resolutions for specific transactions, filing annual returns for Singapore companies, and monitoring the filing of corporate documentation for overseas entities.
• Conduct legal research in various jurisdictions and prepare advisory for stakeholders.
• Preparing inter-company agreements and monitor the due date for renewal.
• Translation works (English to Mandarin, Mandarin to English)
• Assist in registration and monitoring of intellectual property such as trademark and patent.
• Proof reading and formatting of legal documentations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Law, or an equivalent qualification, preferably with corporate secretarial qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as an in-house counsel, with exposure to the logistics industry, corporate secretarial matters, and intellectual property matters.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
