We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Final Calculation of workers’ salary/ wages including accommodation fee, transport fee, canteen fee, and tax issues, etc.
• Tax clearance, income tax payment, refund and all issues related to foreign workers’ income tax.
• Workers’ monthly payroll process & management.
• Managing & updating workers’ database, updating staff’s list.
• Applying, issuing, renewing and cancelling work pass through EPOnline and WPOnline.
• Selecting, recruiting& hiring staff according to projects’ requirements.
• Processing monthly Manpower report.
• Administration works.

Requirements

• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Thorough knowledge of labour laws
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced C&S & Architectural Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the civil, structural (C&S), and architectural aspects of the project, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with C&S and architectural consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.

2. Review and comment on C&S and architectural shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

3. Conduct site inspections to monitor C&S and architectural installation works and ensure compliance with project requirements.

4. Identify and resolve C&S and architectural-related issues and defects.

5. Coordinate with other project teams (e.g., M&E, landscape) to ensure integration and compatibility of C&S and architectural systems.

6. Develop and maintain C&S and architectural-related project documentation, including records of inspections, testing, and commissioning.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

8. Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

9. Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and contractors.

Specific C&S Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure compliance with structural design and specifications.

2. Monitor and report on structural construction progress, including foundation, superstructure, and finishes.

3. Ensure compliance with relevant structural codes and regulations.

Specific Architectural Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with architects to ensure compliance with architectural design and specifications.

2. Monitor and report on architectural construction progress, including finishes, fixtures, and equipment.

3. Ensure compliance with relevant architectural codes and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Higher Nitec / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

2. Fresh / experience in C&S and architectural coordination or related field, preferably in construction or building development.

3. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Proficient in MS Office / BMIB & CAD will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Top Management in overall leadership, planning, and execution strategy
• Oversee site-wide construction operations, sequencing, and coordination across complex interfaces
• Lead and manage Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Senior Site Teams
• Ensure project delivery objectives are met across programme, cost control, quality, and safety

Coordinate closely with:

• Design consultants and specialist teams
• Key trade partners and subcontractors
• Client representatives and regulatory authorities

Lead resolution of technical and constructability challenges. Drive effective risk management, including programme, safety, and commercial considerations

Ensure compliance with:

• Local statutory and regulatory requirements
• Approved design intent and project quality standards
• Workplace safety and environmental management systems
• Support commercial matters such as variation management, claims strategy, and subcontractor performance
• Promote continuous improvement in site productivity, coordination, and construction methodologies

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant construction experience, including:
• - High-rise, mixed-use, or architecturally complex projects
• Prior experience in a senior project leadership or deputy project director role

Solid technical understanding of:

• Major structural works
• Architectural trades and premium finishes
• M&E coordination within complex building environments

Proven ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontract packages

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with local authority approvals and statutory processes in Singapore is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities with Project Manager, Site Teams, and Subcontractors
• Track project timelines and progress
• Prepare reports, documentation, and permits
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulations (e.g. BCA guidelines)
• Handle procurement and scheduling of materials
• Attend site meetings and take minutes
• Apply and manage permits (e.g. lifting, work-at-height, permit to works ..
• Arrange inspections and ensure site readiness
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements and approved plans
• Maintain & kept project documentation (drawings, permits, reports, submissions)
• Assist in Ad-Hoc Task when needed

Qualification
Diploma or degree in:

• Building / Construction Management/Civil Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience (entry-level roles may accept fresh grads)
• Knowledge of Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
• AutoCAD / MS Project / Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
