Job Summary
We are currently seeking urgently seeking for a Driver cum storeman.
You will provide safe, comfortable transportation for residents to medical appointments, activities, and outings, supporting their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving
- Safely transport residents to and from scheduled medical appointments and outings
- Assist residents with mobility challenges when transferring in and out of the vehicle
- Maintain road safety at all times while driving
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report any issues
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good condition
- Run office errands such as collecting, purchasing, and dispatching equipment and items
- Assist in store management tasks as required
- Work flexible hours and collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Secondary School Education
- At least 3 years of relevant driving experience
- Experience driving elderly or disabled individuals
- Compassionate, understanding, friendly, and patient attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist residents with mobility challenges
