Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all contract-related matters between the contractor and the team
• Plan, monitor, and govern all O&M activities including platform maintenance, upgrades, patch management, security remediation, and service request delivery.
• Chair and attend regular governance meetings with  PSC; prepare and circulate meeting minutes within 3 working days.
• Produce monthly progress reports covering: resource utilisation, SLA performance, incident tracking, SR status, storage and performance metrics, and audit readiness.

The works of the Contractor shall include:-

1. Make arrangement with companies and carry out inspection of their premises;
2. Identify issues and raise concerns relating to non-compliance with statutory and Client requirements; and
3. Follow up with reinstatement works for return properties and rectification of breaches for all properties.

Work Requirement :

• Diploma in Real Estate or Facilities Management preferably
• Certified as a Fire Safety Manager
• Monday to Friday : 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM
• Must have own transport*

Job scope :

• Attend to feedback/complaints/tip offs on Tobacco related offences and work assigned by the Authority

• Conducting observations, patrols and Enforcement activities

. Conducting raids and operations under appropriate supervision of the Authority officers.

• Other consecutive documentation works related to the job assigned and other jobs instructed by the authority

• Timing : 10 AM to 10.00 PM / 10.00 PM to 10.00 AM
• Rotating shift
• Shift Pattern : 4 Days work 2 Days off basis

The Services required are set out as follows:

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

 Concierge services – attend to phone calls and walk-in customers

(pupils, parents, public, stakeholders)

 Using messaging apps to communicate events and send reminders

to parents

 Check generic email everyday and forward them to relevant officers

within a certain time frame

 Incoming Mail Correspondence: Record and distribute incoming

correspondence upon receipt.

 Articles - Stocktake Monitoring: Record and track all articles

accurately, then submit to AM for end-of-term verification.

 Calling and confirming the attendance of parent volunteers to help in

school events and activities

 General administrative duties including typing, filing, preparation of

documents

 Printing of monthly CCA Instructors/Contract Staff attendance

records

 Save transport approval (formSG) to shared folder.

 Ad Hoc Bus Booking Coordinator transport for Students

External Activities including Monthly verification of Ad Hoc

School Bus payment

 Filing of documents such as Bus Booking form

 Recording student injuries that occur during school hours through the

Unwell/Injured Student management system and Rendering of First

Aid to pupils e.g. issuing of pupils with plasters

 Assist in packing learning resources i.e. booklet

 Other administrative duties as assigned by

supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Submission of investigation reports and preparing the relevant documents i.e. advisories, warnings, Notices Of offer of Composition and prosecution papers.
• Investigation work will include taking statements from any witness or suspect in the field or interview room
• Pictures taken for investigations and other relevant documents shall be forwarded to the Authority upon completion of the investigations.
• Key in investigation details into the Authority’s system via the provided computer/laptop as directed by the Authority
• Responding to activation for urgent cases detected at Checkpoints and inland locations.
• Respond to phone activations for urgent cases detected at Checkpoints and inland locations

Requirements :

• Prior substantial working experience with the Singapore Police Force or other related law enforcement agencies;
• Knowledge in conducting investigation, surveillance and inspection;
• Must be physically fit;
• Experience in handling unruly or violent behaviour by offenders;
• Have proficient verbal and writing skills in English and a second language;
• Must be able to handle dynamic situations in the field, including but not limited to the handling of female offenders/witnesses etc.
• Working timing : 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM ( Monday to Friday )
