Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in IT or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience as network engineer in a MNC or vendor environment.

• Good project management experience in implementing hardware solutions.

• Strong knowledge of executing systems integration and infrastructure deployment.

• Solid hands-on practical experience in managing enterprise firewalls, routers, switches, proxy servers, domain name servers (DNS), bandwidth management system, IPS/IDS and server/platform system.

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Provide essential clerical and administration support to the MICE team
* Develop and carry out an efficient documental/filing system
* Manage appointments, schedules, and the division's stationery supplies
* Act as the admin point of contact between executives and clients
* Assist and execute the admin duties for events planning, coordination and operation/development
* Handle accounting-related matters, including issuance of proforma invoices, invoices, monitor incoming funds, raising payment vouchers for suppliers, and processing staff claims
* Source for marketing materials and needed instruments for events to take place properly
* Help with reservations for hotels, restaurants and related travel services
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers and clients for events/conferences
* Coordinate printing of signages and preparation of documents required for MICE operations
* Handle the executives' requests and queries appropriately
* Perform other tasks as delegated by the Department Head.

REQUIREMENTS
* Singapore citizen or PR
* Polytechnic Diploma, GCE O-Level, or ITE Higher Nitec
* Good communication skills in both oral and written English
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Excel), and mobile proficiency
* A team player who is adept at multi-tasking and able to work independently
* Some experience in administration. hospitality or tourism is an advantage.

• Takes bookings from customers for export &import cross-border trucking shipments.

• Handles customer services, complaints and process paper documentation.

• Applies for local & overseas customs permits for cross-border trucking.

• Coordinates customers’ inquiries and requests.

• Attends to problems and customers’ complaints.

• Attends to delivery of goods as and when they arrive.

• Ensures that the cargoes are delivered according to customers’ requirements.

• Updates receiving and delivery status of cargoes promptly in UFS.

• Prepares road delivery reports for customers.

• Liaise and coordinates with KWE overseas offices on cross-border delivery schedules.

• Prepares invoices to customers.

Job Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in cross-border operations, trucking and customs documentation.

• Computer literate.
