Project Manager

Responsibilities:

· Liaise closely with Clients/Designers in providing the project team expertise and supervision.

· Verify and confirm of quotations from Suppliers/Contractors

· Assist in managing the changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.

· Assist to ensure all plans/documents to Landlords/Local Authorities are approved prior to commencement of work.

· Conduct site marking/inspection prior to commencement of work.

· Conduct regular site meeting.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Construction, or relevant disciplines.

· Minimum 3 years local experience in large-scale projects (commercial / space / retail / F&B).

· Good project management and site co-ordination skills.

Job Summary

The Electrician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing electrical works for retail shop fit-outs in shopping malls. This includes supervising installation, ensuring compliance with mall regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical works (lighting, power, DB, wiring, containment)
• Ensure installations follow approved drawings and mall guidelines
• Lead and manage electricians and subcontractors on-site
• Coordinate with main contractors, designers, and mall management
• Attend site and coordination meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local electrical regulations
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safe work practices
• Oversee testing & commissioning of electrical systems
• Rectify defects and ensure smooth project handover
• Prepare site reports, schedules, and as-built drawings
• Monitor materials, manpower, and work progress

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (retail/mall fit-out preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and DB installation
• Familiar with shopping mall fit-out processes and permit systems
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Experience working on shopping mall projects

·        Assist operation manager in managing project plans and schedules, ensuring effective allocation of resources for timely project execution.

·        Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and specifications.

·        Oversee the installation and removal of hoardings, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.

·        Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and supervision to ensure efficient workflow.

·        Conduct regular inspections of hoardings to ensure proper maintenance and repair, addressing any issues promptly.

·        Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

·        Coordinate with building managements and obtain necessary permits and approvals for hoarding installations.

·        Maintain accurate project documentation,including contracts, permits, and variation orders.

·        Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

·        Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for employees and subcontractors.

·        Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·        Min NITEC/Diploma/Degree in engineering related fields

·        At least 1 year of work experience in the construction industry.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD.

·        Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.

·        Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Oversee and install partition installation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Coordinate with clients and contractors, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and execute partition works for renovation projects.
• Supervise and train partition workers to ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Inspect completed work for safety and compliance with building regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for project challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in partition work, with leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of drywall, false ceilings, and partition materials.
• Education: Relevant certification in construction or carpentry preferred.
• 5.5 days work week
