Provide sales and administrative support to Win.Win Digital Security Pte Ltd and its related companies.
Processing of sales order, sales invoice, delivery order, packing list and any documents in relation to sales delivery to customers.
Prepare Monthly Sales Listing.
Follow-up on progressive payment and outstanding payment from customers.
Other ad hoc assignments from Company.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of related working experiences in Sales administrative support duties.
Able to multi-task with good organising skill.
Good communication skill in English.
IT skill: Microsoft Office and any accounting software.
As this is a 3 WD position, candidates must work on Tues and Fri, plus 1 fixed WD of his preference. Working hours from 9am to 6pm (including 1 hr lunch)
