About the role
As a tutor at Willow Learning Centre, you will tutor students in a small group setting. This position offers flexible work arrangements that can be tailored to your schedule. This is your opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
What you'll be doing
Provide small group tuition (up to 6 students per class), tailoring your approach to each student's specific needs.
Help students overcome academic challenges.
Maintain records of student progress.
What we're looking for
A desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students
Relevant qualifications e.g. degree from a recognized university, PDGE
More than 2 years of tutoring experience, with a track record of helping students achieve academic excellence
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
Strong time management and flexibility to adapt to students' changing needs
A willingness to work closely with parents and the Willow Learning Centre team
