We are an established engineering system integrator looking for a skilled technician like you to bring expertise to our team.
Your primary role is to provide high quality, cost effective repair services and technical support to our valued air technology users.
You will work closely with our service, engineering and project teams in implementing this strategy.

Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment such as vacuum pumps, compressors, control panels, sensors etc.
-Running and interpreting QC tests results and make diagnostic recommendations
- Assist in preparation of service and safety documentation including Work Permits, Safe Work Procedures, Method of Statement, Risk Assessments and Service Reports
- Keeping abreast of advancements in your field, attending courses and workshops as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Work closely together with other technicians /engineers as a team in projects and site work

Requirements :
-Minimum higher NITEC/ITE qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years experience in servicing and repair of facilities equipment. Experience in control panels, PLC, lo T, vacuum pumps, compressors and diaphragm pumps is an important plus
- Working knowledge in control panel electrical circuits & troubleshooting, Instrument circuit drawings, understand pumps construction drawings and MOM safety regulations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work with others in a team
-Self motivated and result orientated
-Shows initiative and eagerness for self-improvement

We are an established engineering system integrator looking for a Technical Sales Specialist like you to bring expertise to our team.

Your primary role is to provide technical and aftermarket proposals and solutions to air technology users in new markets and existing segments, to generate revenue growth done with integrity.

You will work closely with our business development, engineering and projects teams in implementing this strategy.

Responsibilities

·      Analyzing customers' pneumatic needs and recommending products

·      Providing cost effective proposals and sustainable solutions that meet customers’ needs

·      Discussing products and solutions with customers and explaining technical concepts simply

·      Finding new customers and creating a sales relationship with potential buyers

·      Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

·      Connecting with customers after provision of proposals to clarify any queries and proposal negotiation with the goal of deal closure

·      Meeting sales quotas and commission goals

·      Travelling to meet with customers and leading instructional demonstrations

·      Tracking sales and sharing sales information with sales and business development team

·      Researching the current market trends and learning about new technology products

·      Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers

·      Work in tandem with company’s management and the service department

Requirements

• Minimum engineering Diploma, preferably a Bachelor’s degree
• Proven working experience as Technical Sales, Sales executive or relevant sales and customer focused role of at least 3 years
• Technical knowledge of air-related products/services and their system controls and installation will be advantageous.
• Good negotiation and communication skills conduct with integrity
• Have strong government, consultants, industry contacts and networking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
• Proficiency in English and Secondary Languages
• Team management, time scheduling and leadership skills
