Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated dental assistant to support our clinic’s daily operations, assist dentists, and ensure excellent patient service in a stable, fixed-hour role.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and receptionist duties to ensure smooth patient flow and communication
- Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials promptly
- Reprocess dental instruments following hygiene and safety protocols
- Perform simple laboratory tasks to support dental treatments
- Execute administrative and operational tasks to maintain clinic efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and properly dispose of waste
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment by responding promptly and courteously
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and consistently meet performance expectations
- Monitor details carefully and anticipate potential issues to prevent disruptions
- Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and face-to-face interactions
- Engage in continuous learning to improve skills and clinic practices
Required competencies and certifications
- Vaccination against measles and diphtheria or willingness to undergo vaccination
Working hours
Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri and Sat (5 day week)
8:30am to 6:15pm (Lunch 1-2pm)
