Roles & Responsibilities

• Explore both qualitative and quantitative data sets, perform in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights, identify problems, and propose data-driven solutions for the WeChat ecosystem
• Collect large sets of structured and unstructured data from independent sources; clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines to support ongoing business monitoring and decision-making
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, uncovering potential opportunities and/or threats to the WeChat ecosystem
• Interpret findings to discover solutions or opportunities and build story-boards to communicate insights to the business for action
• Own and evolve the computer vision infrastructure, including building, optimizing, and maintaining CV model training/serving pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and related toolchains
• Develop and deploy computer vision solutions (e.g., image/video understanding, OCR, content moderation, multimodal analysis) to address business needs across the WeChat ecosystem
• Leverage LLM-based approaches and other machine learning / deep learning techniques where appropriate to enhance analytical capabilities and support intelligent product features

Knowledge & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a similar quantitative field
• Hands-on experience with LLM application development (e.g., fine-tuning, RAG, Agent frameworks such as LangChain/LlamaIndex/AutoGen) is strongly preferred
• Experience with computer vision models (e.g., object detection, image classification, multimodal models) is a plus
• Good knowledge of Python; familiarity with C/C++ is a plus
• Familiarity with mainstream deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model deployment tools (e.g., Docker, FastAPI, TensorRT) is preferred
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus, FAISS, Pinecone) or data pipeline tools is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner
• Self-driven, innovative, and collaborative, with strong communication and presentation skills; able to bridge business and technical audiences

Roles &Responsibilities

1. Build and operate the AMS overseas sales system.

Skills Required
1. Proven track record in building and scaling international sales organizations from the ground up (0-to-1 experience essential).

2. Deep understanding of the global advertising technology landscape; familiarity with AMS or similar ad platform businesses strongly preferred.

3. Extensive experience in cross-border go-to-market strategy and localized sales operations across APAC and/or European markets.

4. Hands-on experience with post-merger integration, particularly in cross-cultural and multi-regional settings.

5. Strong executive presence with the ability to lead front-line teams and drive alignment across HQ and regional stakeholders.

6. Fluency in English and Mandarin to align with China HQ while leading local teams and engaging regional partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Conduct fundamental research on agentic AI problems, including but not limited to the GUI agents, memory and reasoning, reinforcement learning, AI and environment interaction.

2.    Research on long-term ambitious goals, while laying out intermediate milestones. 

3.    Publish influential research work on top conferences and journals. 

4.    Collaborate on large projects that are strategically prioritized by the lab.

Knowledge & Competencies:
1.     Work experience in a university, industry, or government lab(s), in a role with primary emphasis on AI research. 

2.     Hold a Ph.D. /master degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, data science or other related disciplines. 

3.     First-author publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences (e.g. ICLR, ICML).

4.     Knowledge in one of the differentiable programming frameworks, e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX. 

5.     Knowledge in AI agents.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own data analysis and strategy optimization for the overseas ad network, leveraging advertiser and industry insights to drive improvements in ROAS, LTV, and scalability;

• Work closely with Data Science and Recommendation teams to analyze multi-source data, identify key drivers, and design scalable 2. strategies (e.g., bidding, budget allocation, cold start), while building reusable methodologies;

• Responsible for the design, development and testing of WeChat user security processes
• Responsible for the design, development, and testing of WeChat's internal tools and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise with full-stack web development on a Node.js framework (Vue.js preferred) with mainstream databases (MySQL/MariaDB, Postgres), caching technology (Redis) and common middleware such as Kafka and MQ
• Development experience in compiled language, backend development using C/C++
• Familiar with commonly used system tools in the Linux environment including troubleshooting problems related to CPU, memory, and network I/O
• Solid programming foundation, follows best practices, and has a sense of responsibility, and passion in computing and state-of-the-art technologies

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the core technology development in the Post-Training phase of large language models, building and optimizing a high-quality Reward System. Continuously enhance the model's capabilities in complex instruction adherence, logical reasoning, and value alignment through Reward Modeling (RM) and Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms.
2. Conduct in-depth research and optimization of post-training algorithms such as RLHF to improve model training stability and final outcomes.
3. Manage and synthesize data in the post-training phase, design an efficient data feedback loop mechanism, utilize techniques like SFT and Self-Instruct to generate high-quality training data, and establish a closed-loop signal modeling system from User Feedback to model iteration.
4. Perform comprehensive evaluation and analysis of post-training models, develop scientific evaluation metrics, and keep up with cutting-edge technology trends, quickly translating the latest research results into business value.

Knowledge & Competencies:

1. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
2. Deep understanding of the Transformer architecture and the principles of large language model training, with substantial research and practical experience in one of the post-training areas such as LLM Alignment, RLHF, or Reward Modeling.
3. Solid foundation in algorithms and engineering implementation capabilities, proficient in Python, and familiar with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
4. Practical experience in distributed training, familiar with large-scale training and inference frameworks like Megatron-LM, DeepSpeed, and vLLM. Experience in training or tuning models with billions or hundreds of billions of parameters is preferred.
5. Excellent research skills, with a record of high-quality publications (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, etc.) or contributions to high-impact projects in the open-source community (e.g., HuggingFace) preferred.

Strong technical enthusiasm and self-motivation, adept at analyzing and solving complex problems, with good teamwork and communication skills.
