Assist in processing the supplier invoices, issue customer invoices, monitor aging, and record payments.
Update and maintain accurate records of all business transactions via journal entries.
Conduct routine bank reconciliations, verify expense reports, and resolve any payment discrepancies.
Assist senior finance staff in preparing trial balances, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities by organizing files and compiling data for audits.
Ensure all financial data is properly filed and adheres to both government regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
Posses Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Candidates without prior experience are welcome.
