THE ROLE
1. Talent & Creator Management
· Manage and grow a roster of engaged talents, creators, and KOLs, ensuring strong representation and long-term career development.
· Provide strategic counsel on personal branding, content direction, and commercial positioning.
· Identify and secure brand partnerships, endorsements, and collaboration opportunities aligned with each talent’s profile.
2. Relationship Development & Ecosystem Building
· Build and cement strong relationships with brands, agencies, creators, and talents across the ecosystem.
· Proactively expand the HelloFranses! network within the creator and influencer community across key markets.
· Stay attuned to emerging talents, platforms, and trends to continuously strengthen the agency’s ecosystem.
3. Client Servicing & Campaign Delivery
· Service an active roster of retainers and project-based clients involving KOLs, creators, and talents.
· Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and talent matching to delivery and reporting.
· Collaborate closely with internal PR, social, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns for both new and existing clients.
4. New Business Development Support
· Partner with the Corporate, Consumer and Integrated Communications teams to support new business opportunities.
· Contribute to ideation, proposal development, deck creation, and pitching.
· Support in securing and converting new business opportunities involving talent, influencer, and creator-led strategies.
5. Brand Building for HelloFranses! Asia
· Actively contribute to the growth and visibility of HelloFranses! Asia through word-of-mouth, industry engagement, and social platforms.
· Support and participate in events, networking opportunities, and content initiatives to strengthen market presence.
· Collaborate with the social team to amplify HelloFranses!’ positioning within the industry.
