Responsibilities:
A. Conduct your own sales:
· 360 degrees, end-to-end recruitment processing
· Acquisition of clients, and collect accurate client information & helper/worker requirements
· Collection of placement fee
· Conduct Deployment, Handover and briefing
· Post Placement Check and After-sales
B. Requirements:
· Possess CEI Basic All license is mandatory
· Migrant Domestic Helper (MDW) and Foreign Workers placement experience
· 100% compliance to MOM requirements / regulations
· MUST BE Responsible, organized and with good self-discipline
C. Profit Sharing (After minus costs):
40% Profit Sharing with CPF Contribution
