Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities related to engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and maintenance of process plant projects. 1. Market Research & Strategy

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work with the operations, engineering, and project teams to understand technical offerings.
• Communicate client expectations and project requirements internally.

6. Sales & Revenue Targets

• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business development targets.
• Track project conversion rates and generate reports for management.

7. Post-Award Support

• Ensure smooth project handover from business development to execution teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development in construction sector.
