Position Overview

The Head of Aftersales is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall aftersales operations of the company, including service operations, customer support, warranty management, parts coordination, and customer satisfaction initiatives. This role plays a strategic leadership function in driving operational excellence, revenue growth, service quality, and long-term customer retention. The incumbent will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient aftersales performance while maintaining high standards of customer experience and operational compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Aftersales Operations Management

• Lead and oversee daily aftersales operations, including service, maintenance, warranty claims, customer support, and parts coordination.
• Develop and implement aftersales strategies, policies, SOPs, and service standards to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational KPIs and service performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and productivity.

2. Customer Relationship & Service Excellence

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional handling of customer concerns and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives to strengthen long-term business relationships.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and aftersales issues.

3. Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the aftersales team, including managers, executives, coordinators, and technicians.
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and training to build a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive, customer-oriented, and results-driven work culture.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, and succession planning for the department.

4. Financial & Business Performance

• Manage departmental budget, cost control, and profitability of aftersales operations.
• Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement.
• Prepare management reports, operational analysis, and business forecasts.
• Ensure proper control of operational expenses and resource utilization.

5. Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and improve workflow processes to increase efficiency and service turnaround time.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

6. Strategic Planning

• Support management in developing long-term aftersales business strategies and expansion plans.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and industry practices to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead transformation and digitalisation initiatives within the aftersales function where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in aftersales, customer service, service operations, or related field, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong operational, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.

Position Overview:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts for Volt Auto’s Malaysia market operations, while being based in Singapore. This role covers end-to-end financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial records, while supporting both operational finance activities and audit requirements across cross-border operations.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP): Manage end-to-end AP processes, including processing vendor and supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal controls and external requirements.

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Create and issue sales invoices to customers/sales team. Follow up promptly with customers on outstanding or overdue payments to ensure timely collections.

• General Ledger (GL): Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger records.

• Tax & Compliance: Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with internal and external auditors. Maintain and organize accounting-related documents and records to support audits and compliance reviews.

• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other finance or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in full sets of accounting, with a preference for those who've navigated the automotive sector.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in financial software systems, preferably CRM and ERP.

• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.)

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the finance department by performing various accounting and financial reporting tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the financial operations within the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing financial records, preparing detailed reports, assisting in audits, and supporting budget planning and cost control initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Team Management

• Review journal entries and work of junior executives to ensure accuracy.

• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and analyze complex financial reports, statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and summaries.

Position Overview

The Logistics & Inventory Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end inventory control and logistics operations. The role ensures accurate stock management, efficient warehouse processes, and timely distribution of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), coordinating shipment planning and documentation, managing inbound inspections, and liaising with logistics partners for both local and international deliveries. This role also contributes to cost optimisation and ensures compliance with relevant customs and trade regulations.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Stock Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking (which ties up cash) or stockouts (which loses sales).

• Cycle Counting: Lead regular physical counts and reconcile them against the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies in quantity and quality.

• BOM Coordination: Prepare and issue the Bill of Materials to ensure production teams have what they need when they need it.

Logistics & Distribution

• Shipment Planning: Coordinate daily delivery schedules and liaise with freight forwarders or couriers for local and international shipping.

• Documentation: Prepare critical paperwork, including Delivery Orders (DO), Packing Lists, Invoices, and Bills of Lading (BoL).

• Cost Optimization: Source and negotiate rates with transporters to ensure the most cost-effective shipping routes.

• Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with local customs regulations and international trade laws.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management (preferred)

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry

• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
