Job Responsibilities:
Develop 3D BIM models and prepare deliverables based on requirements for submission to BIM Manager and consultants.
Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.
Ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standards.
Conduct BIM co-ordination with other disciplines such as clash detection, etc.
Coordinate with Sub Contractors to exchange latest updates and models.
Create BIM objects, families, templates with proper parameters for project and company use.
Develop virtual mock-up based on requirements.
Ensure BIM models are usable for quantity take-offs.
Assist the coordinators and BIM Manager on modelling and drawing matters.
Perform Quality Control checks before the release and exchange of BIM models and drawings.
Support tasks assigned by the project team.
Job Requirements:
Possess Specialist Diploma in BIM.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, drawing preparation and coordination.
Proficiency and in-depth working knowledge of BIM with relevant software knowledge in Revit (AR, CS, MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360, etc.
