• assist in developing and updating 3D building information models using software such as Revit, Autocad, or Navisworks
• Prepare and update BIM drawings, layouts and details based on project requirements
• support coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure accuracy and clash free integration
• work closely with engineers, architectss and designers to ensure BIM models reflect current design changes
• assist in conducting model reviews and clash detection using relevant tools
• help maintain version control and proper documentation of BIM Files
• input and manage BIM data (parameters, schedules, quantities)
• support preparation of reports, visualizations and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• follow company BIM standards, naming conventions and workflows

• review electrical systems for generators, including control panels, wiring, and protection systems.
• ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
• coordinate with mechanical, production and commissioning teams to ensure timely project delivery
• prepare technical drawings, single-line diagrams and schematics
• prepare technical reports, specifications and electrical calculations
• strong knowledge of power generation, control systems and protection relays

• Providing support and assistance to the engineer and project team.
• Data entry/report when required.
• Maintain maintenance servicing reports.
• Issue servicing contract for valid PO/ approved quotation.
• Monitor and expedite delivery schedules of suppliers
• Willing to work in Tuas area
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Lead and support sales coordination activities, including pricing strategies, contract administration, and workflow optimization.
• Provide guidance to the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives and service standards.

• To liaise with allocated customer for sales acquisition

• To finalise and negotiate on contract with customers
• To commit and achieve the order intake budget
• To prepare project schedules
• To maintain existing account and help expand sales network
