Perform general administration, filling of documents and account work
To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Operations, co-ordination and follow up with suppliers
Ensure the maintenance of proper filing, correspondences and records
Requirements:-
5.5 days work week
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
PC literate in MS Office
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
Process effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
