We are looking for an Operations Admin Assistant to join us. You will play an important role in assisting the Operations Manager to run our daily operations and projects at various sites.

Job Scope

· Assist Operations Manager in overseeing and managing all pest control activities across various sites

· Schedule and coordinate daily job assignments

· Plan and allocate resources, including vehicles, equipment, consumables, and manpower

· Maintain detailed records for daily operations, training sessions, and site activities

· Act as liaison between customers, supervisors, and the management team to ensure quality service delivery

· Handle and process operations staff claims

· Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items

· Arrange, schedule, and monitor project job assignments

· Monitor schedules and prepare reports for projects

· Prepare and process invoices

· Manage data entries and updates in the Praxedo (Online Field Management System)

· Maintain vehicle records and ensure documentation is up to date

· Support any other operations-related administrative tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications

· Min 2 Years of experience in administrative work

· Ownership mindset and an eagerness to perform

· Good command of English Language

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

· Min educational qualification – NITEC

We are looking for a versatile IT professional who can handle both technical development and digital marketing responsibilities. The primary role of this position is to manage and enhance our mobile applications (Android & iOS), web dashboards, internal systems, and online presence.

The key responsibilities will include:

1. Mobile App & Web Dashboard Development

• Develop, maintain, and update mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms
• Build and manage web dashboards for internal operations and client use
• Handle API integrations, databases, and third-party services
• Perform regular bug fixes, updates, and performance improvements
• Manage app publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store

2. IT & Software Management

• Maintain company systems, software, and dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy, system uptime, and regular backups
• Provide basic IT support for staff (hardware, software, email)
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required
• Implement cybersecurity best practices

3. Website Management

• Update and maintain the company website
• Improve website performance, SEO, and user experience
• Fix issues and add new features when needed

4. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and schedule content, and respond to customer inquiries
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI
• Provide regular reports and insights

Requirements:

We are targeting candidates with 2–4 years of experience in mobile app development, web development, and digital marketing. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
