Younion is seeking a high-agency, results-driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth across APAC. This role requires a self-starter with strong industry networks in the marketing and technology ecosystem, capable of opening doors, building strategic relationships, and consistently closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue targets across APAC markets
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the B2B technology and IT sector
- Leverage existing relationships within the marketing and brand ecosystem to generate qualified leads
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Develop strategic account plans for key clients and prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, delivery) to craft compelling proposals and solutions
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Represent Younion at industry events, forums, and client engagements
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to shape service offerings and positioning
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in sales/business development within event marketing, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing services
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong network within the marketing fraternity, particularly in technology, SaaS, and IT services companies
- Demonstrated ability to sell to senior stakeholders (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Regional Directors)
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate client needs into solutions
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
