Responsibilities:

· Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues

· Overall in charge of site coordination.

· Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.

· Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project

· Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule

· Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.

· Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement;

· Monitor and control material wastage.

· Ensure timely completion and good quality of works & carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with.

· Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

· Min 3 year relevant experience in the related field for this position

· In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

· Be able to work independently with minimum guidance

· Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance andprogress with the company.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software to streamline project processes

Job Responsibilities

• Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation.
• Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim.
• Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
• Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
• Project administration and documentation.
• Compile Sales Project files for execution.
• Carry out miscellaneous tasks required as part of ISO Quality Management System.
• Review and advise on the cost impact for variation of project specification.

Requirement:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in related field.
• Preferred 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

·       Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or purchasing role, preferably within the construction industry

·       Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing demands

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders

·       A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach

·       Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.

·       Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors from China.

·       Manage and administer supplier contracts from China, including renewals and renegotiations.

·       Liaise with operations and warehouse teams on material requirements, inventory checks, and inspections.

·       Track and monitor purchase requests, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

·       Verify procurement documents such as POs, DOs, and invoices, and coordinate with Finance on payments.

·       Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.

·       Identify alternative materials or suppliers when required.

Requirements

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.

·       Proficient in both English and Chinese as the incumbent is required to be able to place orders on Chinese webpages and understand Chinese invoices.

·       Excellent negotiation skills, great interpersonal skill, independent, organized with positive work attitude.

·       Strong analytical skill.

·       Highly organized and has excellent time management skills.

·       Any education background or work experience in procurement or business management will be an added advantage.

·       Any experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage as well.
