What You’ll Be Doing

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the brand professionally, support daily showroom operations, and help build meaningful customer connections.

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment
• Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service
• Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards
• Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience
• Collect customer details and interests forfollow-up, and enter leads accurately into the CRM system
• Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social media platforms, and other promotional activities
• Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering where required
• Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items
• Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management
• Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assigned to support business needs

Who We’re Looking For

• This is a 12-Months contract role with working hours aligned to mall operating hours
• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail (customer-facing environment)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Prior knowledge of the automotive industry, and familiarity with social media platforms and content creation would be advantageous
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage to support communication with diverse customers

What You'll Be Doing

As an Executive, Marketing, this role supports marketing execution for the BYD brand, working closely with appointed dealers, the Brand Principal, and external partners to drive show room traffic, brand visibility, and sales performance.

This role ensures that marketing campaigns, events, and communications are delivered effectively at the retail level and aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.

·       Work closely with BYD dealers to plan and execute showroom promotions, roadshows, test drive events, and local marketing activations.

·       Execute distributor and principal-led marketing campaigns, including new model launches and promotional activities.

·       Act as the primary marketing contact for dealers, providing guidance on campaigns, brand usage, and best practices.

·       Coordinate marketing collateral production and distribution in line with BYD brand standards.

·       Support events and exhibitions, including planning, on‑site coordination, and post‑event reporting.

·       Assist with PR and media activities, including press events, media coordination, and coverage tracking.

·       Ensure all marketing executions comply with brand governance and approval processes.

·       Support budget tracking, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and marketing financial reporting.

·       Prepare campaign performance reports, dealer participation tracking, and marketing documentation.

·       Support the retail marketing team in the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and retail activations.

Who We're Looking For

·       Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

·       Experience in automotive, retail, or dealer‑based marketing is an advantage.

·       Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

·       Detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable working with multiple parties and timelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Admin Assistant, you’ll support the Vehicle Admin Registration Team by ensuring accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks to meet stakeholder expectations.

• Accurately entering customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM portal.
• Preparing documentation and assisting with LTA vehicle registration processes.
• Handling COE-related matters and updating On-Board Unit (OBU) details in the system.
• Setting up vehicle ownership records in the system.
• Generating and issuing vehicle tax invoices.
• Scanning, uploading, and maintaining proper filing of records.
• Reviewing vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Polytechnic Diploma and above (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 Year experience in administration support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and adaptable to fast-paced environment

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Executive, Marketing, this role helps plan and execute integrated marketing activities—covering campaigns, showroom activations, customer communications, service promotions, and brand content—to drive sales conversion, enhance customer retention, and strengthen brand preference in Singapore’s competitive EV and automotive aftersales landscape.

Brand & Campaign Management

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for DENZA, including product marketing, tactical offers, test‑drive campaigns, and showroom events.

• Coordinate Aftersales marketing initiatives such as service packages, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer retention activities.

• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Content, Creative & Collaterals

• Develop and manage marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, showroom materials, merchandising, and digital assets.

• Collaborate with creative agencies or in‑house designers to deliver high‑quality, timely content.

• Support content creation for social media, CRM communications, and digital channels (in partnership with the Digital team where needed).

Event & Activation Support

• Plan and manage roadshows, showroom activations, customer events, handover experiences, and product showcase activities.

• Support launch events and dealer‑level campaigns for DENZA models.

• Oversee logistics, vendor management, event setup, and post‑event reporting.

Aftersales Marketing & Customer Retention

• Support service marketing promotions, maintenance campaigns, and customer lifetime value initiatives.

• Work closely with the Aftersales team to identify communication needs, customer pain points, and service opportunities.

• Develop customer communications for service reminders, touchpoints, and retention programs.

Lead Management & Sales Coordination

• Support lead‑generation efforts and ensure a smooth workflow between marketing activities and the Sales team.

• Track, update, and report on marketing‑generated leads and conversion performance.

• Monitor customer feedback and insights to support continuous marketing improvements.

Budget, Reporting & Vendor Management

• Manage marketing budgets for assigned campaigns and ensure cost‑efficient execution.

• Maintain and track invoices, quotations, and vendor agreements.

• Prepare periodic performance reports, competitor updates, and marketing analytics.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles

• Must possess Class 3 Driving License

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and tools, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.

• Hands‑on experience managing major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

• Ability to analyze and present campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar analytics tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across departments.

• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
