Salary: S$2,800 – S$5,000

Fixed 1 hour OT everyday

Expected OT on PH, Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Perform driving duties to and/or in clients’ place and/or across Singapore
• Work closely with Truck Attendant and assisting in setting up the pump, pipes or other related equipment for the waste collection
• Plan route effectively to ensure safest route for assigned duties/ tasks
• Upkeep and cleanliness of the truck daily basis
• Ensure that the truck is well maintained and meet all safety requirements
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary education
• At least 2 years of driver experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Must possess valid Class 4 and/ or Class 5 Driving licence with good traffic record
• Familiar with Singapore roads and navigate with maps
• Possess valid training certificates for SWSHPP/AWSHPP/OPISC and/ or HazMat will be advantage
• Bilingual and possess good communication and writing skill
• Comfortable to work with NTS associates
• Attentive, reliable, punctual and safety conscious (operations and road)
• Must be willing to work in Jurong Island
• Must be willing to work nightshift and overtime on weekend and public holidays

The WSH Coordinator plays a key role in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment across all project sites. This position supports the implementation of the Company’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management systems and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and customer safety requirements. The role is critical in identifying risks, facilitating audits, and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

• To evaluate and/or inspect site activities, workplace environment and practices to ensure compliance with Company’s, customers’ Safety Standards and government regulations
• Identify any unsafe work practices or work condition and recommend remedy
• Assist in conducting investigation on any unsafe workplace practices, near miss incident and/ or work injury related incident to identify causes and corrective action(s)
• Conduct and/or review Risk Assessments and assists to identify and assess risks arising from the workplace
• Coordinate and maintain records of site safety orientation and daily tools box meeting
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Assist in preparation of various reports, documents and forms for ISO, safety and/ or customer’s audit
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirement

• MUST HAVE at least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in Jurong Island, Occupational Safety and Health in Process industry or downstream maintenance environment
• At least GCE “O” level with Advanced Certificate in WSH or Diploma related to Workplace Safety and Health.
• Possess valid training certificates for SWSHPP/OPISC, SWCSO and/ or CSSA will be advantage
• Good knowledge of Singapore regulations relating to Workplace Safety and Health
• Have a good sense of urgency, meticulous and demonstrate initiative with good follow-up skills
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, able to communicate with all level of employee as well as business associates
• Able to work independently, multitask, good team player and work in fast paced environment
• Must possess own transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional to support the integration and standardisation of HR functions across 3 Singapore subsidiaries, with future exposure to Malaysia and New Zealand.

This role focuses on strengthening HR operations, improving process efficiency, and supporting HR digitalisation initiatives, including HRMS and payroll review. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to drive HR integration projects while supporting day-to-day HR operations where required.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Process Integration & Improvement

• Map and document end-to-end HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, claims)
• Identify process gaps, duplication, and inefficiencies across entities
• Develop and implement standardised HR workflows and SOPs
• Support harmonisation of HR policies, employee handbook, and practices

2. HR Systems & Payroll Optimisation

• Review existing HRMS platforms (e.g. Whyze, Infotech) and payroll processes
• Document payroll workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Support initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy
• Assist in HRMS evaluation, implementation, or migration projects

3. HR Organisation & Efficiency Initiatives

• Review current HR roles, responsibilities, and workflows
• Identify overlaps and areas for consolidation
• Support development of a more efficient and scalable HR operating model

4. HR Operations & Workforce Support

• Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
• Assist with payroll processing, claims, and HR queries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations
• Work closely with HR team members across entities to ensure continuity of operations

5. Regional Exposure (Future Phase)

• Support HR integration initiatives in Malaysia and New Zealand
• Assist in adapting HR frameworks to local regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
• Experience in payroll administration and HR operations is preferred
• Familiarity with HRMS systems (e.g. Whyze, Infotech) or involvement in system implementation projects will be an advantage
• Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review processes and recommend improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
