Job Summary

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports operational excellence by coordinating shifts, managing staff, overseeing bar inventory, and enhancing guest relations to drive customer satisfaction and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outlet operations during scheduled shifts to ensure smooth service delivery
• Liaise with suppliers to secure timely deliveries and verify quality and quantity of items received
• Operate the POS system to process transactions and generate accurate sales reports in compliance with company policies
• Manage and supervise staff performance to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
• Recruit and train new staff to build a competent and motivated team
• Monitor bar inventory levels, initiate timely replenishments to maintain sufficient stock for service demands
• Prepare beverages and cocktails accurately according to customer orders to ensure quality and consistency
• Welcome and engage customers to create a positive first impression and enhance guest experience
• Organize table reservations efficiently to optimize seating and customer flow
• Advise customers on menu and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience
• Address and resolve customer feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support outlet operations and business goals

We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable gardener with an understanding of basic irrigation and eye for design who enjoys working outdoors, caring for various plants, and keeping our grounds looking well maintained. If you know how to measure moisture levels and soil quality and utilize the proper pest-control methods to keep our gardens healthy, we’d love to meet you.

• Plant, grow, and care for annual and perennial garden beds according to agreed-upon project design and requirements.
• Mow, sweep, weed, and mulch grounds to keep lawns, walkways, and garden beds neat and free of clutter.
• Properly discard grass clippings, leaves, and other gardening debris.
• Keep up to date on current gardening and pest-control techniques.
• Recommend plant and landscape design ideas based on sunlight, soil condition, and watering needs.
• Regularly maintain and repair gardening equipment and structures, such as sharpening and disinfecting shovels, shears, and lawnmower blades, and fixing fencing or edging.
• Ensure gardening and maintenance work adhere to the proper safety and health regulations.
• Able to work independantly.
