UPPF is a global PPF brand trusted in 85+ countries, built on premium materials science and a dealer-cooperative model that's genuinely different. We have the product. We have the network. What we need now is someone to build the system that converts both into measurable revenue growth.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, dealer activation, and commercial outcomes. You'll own our growth infrastructure- lead capture, CRM, AI-assisted campaigns, and the programs that help our distributors and dealers close more business. In a company of our size, the distance between a well-run marketing system and a revenue number is very short. You'll feel that directly.
We're open to fresh graduates.
If you've spent your university years building things : automations, content, communities, side projects- we want to hear from you. Experience is one signal. Evidence of initiative is a better one.
What you'll actually do
- Own and build out our HubSpot CRM: pipelines, automations, dashboards, and lead workflows- with a clear line of sight to conversion and revenue.
- Deploy and manage AI chat tools (Botpress and equivalents) to capture, qualify, and move inbound leads through the pipeline faster.
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with our distributor and dealer network that drive measurable sell-through, not just awareness.
- Build lead capture infrastructure across digital channels - forms, landing pages, WhatsApp flows, social- optimised for volume and quality of inquiry.
- Track, report, and iterate on metrics that matter: leads generated, pipeline value, campaign ROI, dealer activation rates.
- Work closely with the Brand Director to translate strategy into campaigns that move numbers- fast.
What we're looking for
Must-haves
- Genuinely AI-savvy: you use AI tools in your daily workflow, not just on your CV - and you can show us exactly how.
- A builder's instinct: you've set up, automated, or shipped something without being asked to.
- Commercially minded - you care whether the thing you built actually generated a result, not just whether it launched.
- Strong written English; Mandarin a significant bonus given our China operations.
- Self-directed -you'll have real support and close access to leadership, but you won't be micromanaged.
Nice to have
- Exposure to CRM platforms, HubSpot in particular.
- Any background in marketing, business, communications, or computer science.
- Experience running campaigns, communities, or content - even personal projects count.
Years of experience: 0–3. We care more about how you think than where you've been.
What we're NOT looking for
- Someone who measures success by outputs - posts published, emails sent, decks made - rather than outcomes.
- Someone who talks fluently about marketing strategy but goes quiet when asked about tools and mechanics.
- Someone who needs a fully built system handed to them before they can add value.
- Someone whose only AI experience is asking ChatGPT to write emails.
