Key Responsibilities

• Process daily invoicing, customer payments, and move-out transactions (including electronic funds transfers) accurately and on time

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Store Executive to be the face of our self-storage facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, closing sales, and taking pride in maintaining a well-presented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries, delivering a warm and professional customer experience

• Conduct facility tours and explain storage solutions, features, and benefits to prospective customers

• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into successful move-ins

• Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets, with opportunities to earn monthly commission.

• Upsell and cross-sell storage units, merchandise, and value-added services

• Handle customer onboarding, including documentation, identity verification, and access setup

• Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and presentable through daily inspections and coordination of maintenance issues

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Secondary/ITE qualification or equivalent working experience

• Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role (e.g. retail, property, insurance, banking, gym, or service industry)

• Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-oriented mindset

• Sales-driven and results-focused, with the ability to work independently on-site

• Comfortable using computers; experience with CRM or property systems is an advantage

• A team player with a positive attitude, integrity, and energy

• Responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts & preparing monthly management accounts, reports and schedules in a timely and accurate manner. 

• Responsible for group consolidation of financial statements. 

• Prepares quarterly goods and services reports for each company and submits to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. 

• Reviews tax computations prepared by the tax agent. 

• Monitors cash flows of each company. 

• Ensures that documents are properly filed and maintained. 

• Liaises with auditors, company secretary, tax agent, banks, government authorities etc.

• Assist in other administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience at the senior accountant level.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 

• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Having experience in managing accounts for overseas entities is advantageous.

• Must be self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn and have initiative.

• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

Job Scope: 

• Overall responsible for the AP function of the Companies. 

• Timely recording of all invoices in the accounting system. 

• Liaise with suppliers and business divisions on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents. 

• Review the reconciliation of supplier statements. 

• Quarterly inter-company reconciliation. 

• Ensure AP transactions comply with group policies and procedures.  

• Work as a team within the department to ensure all documents are properly collated for timely submission.  

• Any other ad hoc as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.  

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent academic qualification. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

This is an ownership role at the heart of our commercial engine. You will lead CRM strategy and marketing automation across three markets, designing lifecycle programmes, orchestrating omnichannel campaigns, and ensuring every customer touchpoint is intentional, measurable, and conversion-optimised. This role bridges marketing, sales, and operations to deliver a seamless, revenue‑driven customer journey.

Responsibilities

CRM Platform & Architecture

• Own and continuously evolve the CRM platform, driving configuration, integrations, and roadmap delivery.

• Manage integrations with booking flows, property management systems, and ad platforms.

• Document architecture decisions, data dictionaries, and admin SOPs to support team-wide adoption.

Lead Lifecycle & Pipeline Management

• Design and own the end-to-end lead lifecycle: capture, qualification, nurture, conversion, and retention.

• Define lead scoring models, routing logic, and SLAs for response times and pipeline velocity across all markets.

• Identify and close funnel leakage points using data analysis, A/B testing, and iterative process improvement.

Marketing Automation & Nurture Flows

• Architect automated sequences across the full customer journey, from prospect warm-up to renewal and win-back.

• Build triggered workflows for key lifecycle events and develop segmentation logic based on behavioural signals.

• Continuously test messaging, timing, and channel mix to improve conversion and retention rates.

Omnichannel Campaign Orchestration

• Own campaign planning and execution across EDM, WhatsApp/chat and push notifications.

• Localise campaigns for Singapore, Malaysia, and Korea.

• Manage sender reputation, opt-in/opt-out compliance, and channel best practices.

Reporting & Analytics

• Build dashboards tracking leads, CPL, conversion rates.

• Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

• Monitor channel attribution to accurately measure CRM and automation contribution to revenue.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 to 7 years of CRM and marketing automation experience, with at least 2 years in a strategy-owning capacity.

• Proven track record building lifecycle programmes across acquisition, nurture, retention, and win-back.

• Strong hands-on CRM administration skills, confident configuring and managing the platform end‑to‑end independently.

• Experience with EDM platforms and WhatsApp Business API providers

• Comfortable with analytics tools for performance dashboards.

• Multi-market experience across Southeast or Northeast Asia is a plus.

• Background in self-storage, real estate, hospitality, or subscription businesses is advantageous.
