Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed on schedule
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Prepare reports, documentation, and project schedules
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Resolve technical and site-related issues
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
To attend site meetings with client and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues
To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor
To prepare monthly Cashflow, Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, etc.
To manage and review Sub-Contractor(s) and their monthly performance.
To prepare Method of Statement as and when necessary, for specific works.
To manage workers’ working time and do not work unnecessary overtime. Any overtime works must be first approved by the Managing Director before commencement.
To report daily progress and weekly progress status to project director.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Project Director.
