Job Summary
Support programme coordination and front desk operations in a part-time hybrid role at ULC, assisting with programme communication, schedule planning, customer service, and team collaboration to enhance programme delivery and student experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support planning of classes, activities, and events to ensure smooth programme execution
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and communication to maintain efficient programme operations
- Follow up with enquiries and onboard participants to facilitate seamless enrolment
- Support outreach and basic business development initiatives to promote programmes
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in programme experience and delivery
- Provide front desk support during evening sessions to assist students and manage enquiries
- Manage student check-in processes to ensure accurate attendance tracking
- Coordinate with teachers and internal teams to support smooth class operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in programme coordination, operations, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and team members
- Organizational skills and responsibility to manage tasks independently and take initiative
- Interest in education or community-based programmes
Other Information
Working Hours
- Evening shifts (required): Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Additional coordination hours: Flexible (to be discussed)
