We are seeking a hands-on and experienced engineer with strong Singapore project background to manage coordination, drawing control, and site execution for our Dubai project.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and optimize design drawings
• Independently review architectural and engineering drawings
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure accurate issuance of construction drawings
• Manage drawing revisions and maintain proper documentation records
• Ensure site works are executed according to approved drawings
• Resolve technical issues during project execution
• Liaise with authorities when required (experience in Singapore processes is an advantage)
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of construction/project experience in Singapore
• Familiar with Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) processes
• Able to independently review and manage drawings
• Experience working with contractors and site teams
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willing to be based in Dubai
