Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and office-related enquiries.
- Provide administrative support for work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
- Prepare and issue employee letters, payslips, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Perform general office administration duties, including document management, filing, photocopying, scanning, and correspondence handling.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate office maintenance requirements.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Liaise with candidates, employers, and relevant authorities regarding administrative requirements for work pass processing.
- Schedule meetings and support day-to-day office coordination activities.
- Support management with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and company information.
- Perform other office administration duties as assigned.
