Responsibilities
Conduct daily incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured spare parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Operate and program CMM (Zeiss) equipment to conduct dimensional measurements and inspections analysis.
Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports and related documentation.
Perform measurements using micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and profile projectors.
Identify and report any non-conformances or quality issues to the QC Supervisor.
Maintain inspection equipment, ensure calibration status, and assist in preventive maintenance.
Follow and uphold ISO/AS9100/TS16949 or relevant quality standards and procedures.
Keep inspection and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department.
Perform any other duties as required by the QA Manager.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years of QC inspection experience in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment.
Proficient in CMM operation and basic programming.
