Job Description & Requirements
* Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
* Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
* Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
* Handing of technical and engineering problems
* Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
* Prepare report and method statement for site activity
* Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safer and neat
* Supervise ongoing site activities closely
Requirements
* At least 1 year relevant experience in construction projects
* BCSS certificate
* Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or relevant major is preferred.
* May be required to work overtime when necessary.
