Job Description
We are building a high-performance, results-driven sales team and are looking for ambitious Education Sales Consultants who are hungry for success and motivated by performance-based rewards.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident in closing high-value deals, and have a strong understanding of English language training programmes for both adult and young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales process: lead conversion, consultation, closing, and follow-up
- Handle high-intent inbound leads and actively generate new opportunities
- Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable English programmes based on client needs
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up discipline in CRM systems
- Participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Continuously improve closing techniques and product knowledge
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (education industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of adult and young learners’ English programmes
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling premium or high-value education programmes
- Background in English training, IELTS, business English, or children’s education
- Strong track record in high-conversion sales environments
- Experience handling warm leads and high closing expectations
