We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Finance Team. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and staff claims.
- Reconcile daily sales from outlets and online platforms.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor store cash collections.
- Assist in inventory costing and stock take reconciliation.
- Support month-end closings and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail.
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
