Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales support preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Able to use microsoft excel with function like vlookup
