Job Description:

-Overall responsible for all operations components of the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations

-Responsible for the development and implementation of the Retail shop annual business plan and medium-long term strategies, as well as establishing key performance objectives to ensure that meet business targets and drives sustainable, profitable growth

-Ensure that operational standards are met in regard to sanitation requirements, safety regulations, operation license and loss prevention

-Maintain and develop high standards of operations in shop by ensuring all SOPs are relevant, up to date, trained effectively and operationally delivered.

-Participate in Marketing activities to ensure maximum exposure for shop, including the development and implementation of the annual and monthly promotions calendar.

-Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of brand standards, visible operational leadership, and hands-on interaction with guests and team members.

Job Requirements:

-Minimum5 years’ related experience

-Strong financial acumen, leadership skills to lead and motivate the team

-Ability to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience
• Ability to courteously and efficiently interact and serve guests to ensure their satisfaction while dining, in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Fully understands the restaurant’s concept other specifics of the Company
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Serve food courses and beverages to guests
• Pick-up used plates and cutleries and clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation, cleanliness, and creating a positive, productive working environment
• Manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Assist the Managers and/or Supervisors in ensuring that the Steps of Service are met and executed by all restaurant staff members.

Day-To-Day Duties

·       Assist the site operation team on the daily cleaning operations

·       Up keep the cleaning standard as per contract requirements which includes executing proper cleaning techniques, in term of cleaning of toilets/ offices/ common areas/ hospital treatment area/patient room cleaning & etc assigned by the site supervisor

·       Provide quality service to client and attend to complaints/ site issues

·       Learn to operate/ manage technology (if any) at certain sites, eg. Robotic, quality audit system, smart toilet system monitoring/ reporting

·       Follow cleaning schedule assigned by site manager and ensure the job complete according to site requirement/standard.

·       Handle site inspection and paperwork as per site request

·       Any other duties as assigned by Manager
