Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend site survey/visit with contractors

• Prepare project documentation (MOS, RA, SWP, permits…)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry

Job Summary

Lead architectural coordination and supervision to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications. Manage contractors and stakeholders to deliver quality construction outcomes on time, while maintaining BIM data and resolving interdisciplinary clashes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with relevant authorities and regulatory requirements.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Supervise architectural works and collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Manage contractors to ensure timely completion of works in accordance with approved details and specifications.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor site works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and interface coordination requirements.
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data according to project requirements to support design and construction coordination.
• Coordinate across Architectural, Structural, and M&E disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes effectively.

Required competencies and certifications

• Master Degree in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant architectural experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction supervision and coordination for projects of similar scale and complexity.
