Position: Accounts Assistant – Accounts Payable (AP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process suppliers’ invoices and staff expense claims accurately and on time.
• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and e-banking transactions for suppliers and expenses
• Handle monthly employee reimbursement claims and ensure proper documentation
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies
• Maintain and update the AP master list; monitor cash outflows
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally; escalate unresolved issues to supervisor.
• Track company credit card expenditures and ensure timely payment of credit accounts
• Assist with general ledger entries, including preparation of journal vouchers
• Ensure all AP filing and documentation are up to date and audit-ready
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Finance Manager / Accountant
  
  
  Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 2–3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Knowledge of BOSS Accounting System is an added advantage
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice

Job Summary

Produce detailed shop and as-built drawings for metal or interior fitting-out fabrication projects, ensuring technical compliance and coordination with engineers and project teams to support accurate manufacturing and production.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineer sketches and specifications into detailed 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings for fabrication teams
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, material constraints, and safety regulations to maintain quality and safety
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients to reflect project changes accurately
• Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) using ERP systems to support production planning and material procurement
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, proficiently to create and modify technical drawings

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or equivalent
• 1–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ACMV, or fabrication environments

Job Responsibilities:

• Record and report work injuries, medical cases, etc. to MOM via iReport and liaise with insurance agencies

• Apply for worker passes (Jurong Port, Jurong Island, PSA, etc.) as needed

• Manage issuance and records for uniforms, safety boots, and other supplies

• Track daily weighbridge data and prepare reports

• Arrange office/workshop meals and prepare monthly reports for Accounts

• Handle documentation, filing, and office supplies

• Assist with IT, building maintenance, and other administrative issues

• Respond to authority enquiries/inspections

• Answer phone calls, attend to visitors, and perform daily admin duties

• Prepare sponsorships, festival gifts for customers and staff, and other tasks as assigned

• N Level / O Level / Diploma or above with 2 years of relevant experience

• Able to communicate effectively with diverse nationalities

• Positive attitude, team player, and able to work under pressure
