What does Tramés Do?
We're the logistics SaaS platform used by enterprises across the globe— Fortune500s, Euro50 companies. Our backend handles tens of millions of records, complex async workflows, and real-time integrations. It's not a toy system - not text book architecture - real world data from real world scale problems made by a bunch of very passionate engineers who are held together by a culture of breaking, rewriting and understanding complex tech!
Who are we looking for?
This is a customer-facing role working within the Project & Account Management Team. This team manages everything within their customer portfolio, ranging from process mapping and solutioning, platform configurations, deployment management, project coordination with our technical teams - to bring Customers' Digital Freight Management System to life!
We're not looking for someone who already knows all this. We're looking for someone who'll get it fast when we explain it — and who's already proven they learn things on their own (and fast).
You'll fit in really well if:
