Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising).
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
Manage company social media presence and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other teams to ensure consistent branding.
Optimize website performance, UX, and conversion rates (CRO).
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage marketing budgets and track ROI across campaigns.
Lead and mentor junior marketing team members (if applicable).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–7+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
