Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Handle quarterly billing processes accurately and efficiently
- Process contractors’ payments using digital platforms
- Manage debtors control and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting duties as required
Administrative
- Maintain proper records, filing systems, and correspondences
- Support daily office operations and property management activities
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and contractors
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Proactive with a positive working attitude
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
