The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships across both B2B. This role focuses on increasing revenue, identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and enhancing brand visibility within Singapore’s competitive seafood and fresh food industry.The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and proven experience in food distribution, wholesale operations, and customer relationship management.
Specific Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue.
Identify and acquire new customers across restaurants, catering services, supermarkets, wet markets and food distributors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate pricing, contracts and service agreements with customers and business partners.
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
Manage digital marketing efforts including social media promotions, online sales channels and customer engagement strategies.
Support inventory planning by aligning customer demand forecasts with supply chain operations.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and Singapore food industry regulations.
Develop pricing strategies that maintain competitiveness while ensuring business profitability.
