Responsibilities
- Operate binding and finishing machines such as folding machines, saddle stitchers, perfect binders, and laminators to support production processes
- Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards before distribution
- Issue printing papers accurately to maintain workflow and control material usage
- Conduct monthly stock takes and replenish materials to ensure continuous availability
- Communicate clearly in simple English and Mandarin to follow job instructions and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned ad-hoc duties efficiently
- Demonstrate willingness to learn machine operation and finishing techniques to enhance job performance
- Maintain effective interpersonal and coordination skills to work well within the team
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in printing, graphics, or machine operation is advantageous but not mandatory
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in printing or manufacturing are welcome
- Ability to start work at short notice is a plus
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5 days per week with occasional overtime or shift work (1-2 times a year)
- Security checks are required
- Stationed in SAF
