Client and Front Desk Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, parents, and external professionals via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for psychologists and therapists
• Welcome clients to the clinic and assist with check-in procedures
• Respond to general enquiries regarding services, availability, and clinic policies

Administrative and Clinic Operations

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is properly filed in the clinic management system
• Assist with preparation of assessment materials, reports, and administrative documentation
• Manage intake forms, consent forms, and other client documentation
• Coordinate communication between clinicians, parents, teachers, and external providers when required

Billing and Financial Administration

• Process invoices, receipts, and payment collection
• Maintain billing records and support basic financial tracking
• Follow up on outstanding payments when necessary

Scheduling and Coordination

• Manage clinician calendars and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate assessment sessions, therapy sessions, and meetings
• Ensure rooms and materials are prepared for clinical sessions

General Office Support

• Maintain office supplies and therapy materials
• Ensure the clinic environment remains organised and welcoming
• Support general administrative tasks as required by the clinical team

Good command of English is very important.

The Educational Psychologist helps students with special needs, learning difficulties, social or emotional problems. He/She provides guidance on issues pertaining to educational support for students. He/She develops, monitors and evaluates the support structure, programmes and resources for schools. He/She implements strategies to ensure quality psycho-educational services provided for students. He/She leads teams in research and development projects. He/She conducts training programmes on special needs, learning difficulties, social or emotional problems in students.




 

• Minimum Masters in Educational/ School Psychology or Educational & Developmental Psychology
• Experience with diagnosis of Learning and Developmental Disorders
• Registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and/or other international psychological bodies (APS, BPS) or eligible for registration
• Experienced in administering various psychometric and literacy tests for children 2 years old and above. (e.g. GORT, CTOPP, Bayley, WISC,WAIS, WIAT, Stanford Binet, BRIEF)
• A high level of interpersonal, communication and report writing skills
• A good team player as well as being able to work independently

~ Implement strategies for ensuring quality psycho-educational services for students with special needs.
