Job Description:
- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors.
- Opening/closing of the clinic.
- Managing the front desk, including answering phone calls WhatsApp messages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining appointment calendars.
- Collecting patient information and updating electronic health records.
- Coordinating patient flow, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out including assisting with billing processes
- Handling patient inquiries and providing general information about the clinic's services.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.
Requirements:
- On-job training provided for part-time reception position.
- Students currently enrolled in related courses are welcome.
- Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are required.
- Willing to learn new skills.
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Occasional morning shifts: 7:45 AM – 12:30 PM
- Full-day shifts may be required when necessary
- Alternate Saturdays required
- Schedule to be discussed and confirmed with successful candidate
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
Remuneration:
- Hourly rate for part-time positions
