We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (Locum) to join our Allied Health Services Team to provide high standards of patient care and ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of therapy as prescribed. Your responsibilities are as follows: 

Work Commitment: 2 days per week, until Jan 2027

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify individual needs of clients and formulate/develop and implement appropriate individualised occupational therapy programs. These may include and not be limited to: Activities for Daily living, Upper limb function and control, sensory and perceptual skills, cognition, assistive devices, home modifications etc.

• Work with clients on a one-to-one basis, group or special setting based on their levels of function and severity of disability.

• Liaise with various disciplines as required for patient care

• Evaluate and document clients’ occupational therapy needs and progress at regular intervals, monitor training programs and review their effectiveness.

• Evaluate, prescribe and fabricate/purchase assistive devices as required by patients with/without use of subsidy schemes.

• Train and supervise caregivers/volunteers if required

• Involvement in research where possible, relevant to areas of occupational therapy service delivery.

• Work with team to establish occupational therapy services and programs.

• Manage own schedule and daily work routine.

• Undertake responsibility and duties assigned by RO/HOD/management/director as necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Institution recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council.

• Hold full practicing licence (Full Registration) under Allied Health Professions Council  (AHPC).

• Preferably with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• A team player and exhibits good communication skills.

• Must have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.

• Able to converse with all patients’ group and next of kin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a high standard of nursing care to renal patients as part of the multidisciplinary dialysis centre team.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Admissions Counsellor to join our Community Care team. You will be the first point of contact for new dialysis patients, guiding them through the application and admissions process, and ensuring they receive the right support from the very beginning. As part of the “Know Right Start Right” project, you will play a vital role in helping patients and families navigate subsidy schemes, welfare assistance, and orientation, while making a meaningful difference in their care journey. Your responsibilities are as follows: 

Admissions & Patient Onboarding

• Serve as the first contact point for Haemodialysis (HD) programme applicants.

• Process new applications and conduct household Means Tests to determine subsidy eligibility.

• Carry out admissions intake assessments to profile risks and needs, and make referrals for assistance.

• Set up patient fee structures, welfare applications, and admissions intake details in the system.

• Conduct new patient dialysis centre orientations and home visits to support a smooth start.

Stakeholder & Case Management

• Act as the liaison for all restructured hospitals on HD applications.

• Handle admissions and Social Work case handovers.

• Respond to letters and emails from Members of Parliament (MPs) and other stakeholders.

• Manage new patients with more complex or challenging needs, including referrals under the Know Right Start Right project.

Administrative & Departmental Support

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Contribute to departmental KPIs by supporting reporting and compliance requirements.

• Perform general administrative duties to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

A recognised degree in any discipline.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in the social service or healthcare sector, preferably in admissions, case management, or patient services.

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable) to join the Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the Foundation’s delivery of healthcare services through effective accounting, reporting, and management of Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant recording of transactions. Your responsibilities are as follows:

1. Donation and Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable (AR) Management

• Support daily operations and month-end closing activities for donation and miscellaneous AR, including billing, recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of transactions.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue items, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

• Assist in submission of donation records to IRAS and handle related queries.

• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports on donations and miscellaneous receivables.

2. Grant Management (Recording)

• Support recording of grant receipts, accruals, and receivables in the finance system.

• Track grant receivable balances and support timely recognition of grant income.

• Assist in providing financial data for grant administration, including CST applications and audit requirements.

3. Patient Accounts Management

• Participate in monthly closing and billing activities for patient accounts.

• Support billing processes, including verification of billing accuracy and timely recording of receivables.

• Monitor patient receivables and follow up on outstanding balances, working with stakeholders on recovery actions.

• Prepare monthly reports and statistics related to patient billing and subsidies.

4. Project Support and Other Duties

• Support audit processes by preparing schedules, documentation, and liaising with stakeholders.

• Perform bank reconciliation activities, including analysis and follow-up of reconciling items.

• Support implementation and enhancement of finance systems.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth finance operations.

• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline

Experience

• With relevant experience in accounting or finance

• Prior experience in healthcare or non-profit sector will be an advantage
